A maternity portrait session with a Mexican flavor

Family photography

This photography session holds a special place in my heart. The mom wanted to have a unique maternity session in which we would include her two children and she also wanted to include something about her Mexican heritage in the session. She chose to bring her red Mexican rebozo and I like how she styled her rebozo with a white dress and a turquoise necklace. During the consultation prior to the portrait session, we talked about what she wanted her portraits to look like and what kind of place she had in mind for her session. I love how this session turned out and I feel fortunate to have met such a beautiful and loving family. Here are some of my favorite photos from this session, Maria.
